Leonard (Hop) Hopkins, Jr.

Leonard (Hop) Hopkins, Jr. is a Richmond, Virginia native with over 20 years of experience of physical fitness, nutrition, and both personal and professional training.  As a former athlete of football that spans from high school, college and the National Football League (Green Bay Packers), Hop has garnered the expertise and education to consult and train individuals in the multifaceted genre of fitness and health.  August 2020 marked 1 year of HOPFIT in existence and the next milestone is HOPFIT NATION as he forges forward and expands in the betterment of humanity per their decision to choose a healthier lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.
